Mother of Turtles

The Mother of Turtles was inspired by more than one influence. First and foremost, Dr. Behr’s wife, Diana, a true great mother, who has begrudgingly put up with live turtles in the house for 40+ years. Second, the three Behr children, Danielle, Ian, and Alyse, along with their respective spouses Jason, Ashlee, and Ben, who all have had pet turtles, and share a passion for fantasy, renaissance, medieval and magical books and stories, movies, TV shows, video and board games, and live events.
